At Diamond Hearts Home Care Ltd., our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality person-centred care to our service users, empowering them to live independently and comfortably while enhancing their well-being and dignity.
Our Calling
We consider caring as a calling. At Diamond Hearts Home Care, we are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support. Our work is rooted in compassion, dignity and respect. We are committed to helping individuals live independently, confidently and comfortably in their own homes. We take time to understand each person’s story, what matters to them and how we can support them to live the life they choose.

Our leadership team has built their careers across health and social care, nursing, and management, with experience in hospitals, support centres, care homes, and community services. This depth of knowledge shapes the quality, safety, and professionalism of the support we provide.

Our Registration
Diamond Hearts Home Care is registered with the Care Inspectorate to provide both Support Service (Care at Home) and Housing Support Service across Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, and Glasgow City. This dual registration allows us to offer flexible, personalised support that adapts to each person’s needs, whether they require daily living assistance, tenancy related support or a combination of both.
